Refund Policy

ChiSpace is operated by Seizmic Enterprises (Pty) Ltd ("Seizmic Enterprises"), a company registered in South Africa. Payments and billing are handled by our payment provider, Polar, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases.

Premium subscription

• You may cancel your premium subscription at any time using the Manage subscription option on your Account page, which opens Polar's customer portal.
• On cancellation you keep premium access until the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial or unused billing periods, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.

One-time PDF report

The one-time report is a digital product generated when you click Download in the planner after payment. It is non-refundable once the report has been generated, except where required by law.

Requesting a refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, or were charged in error, contact us at support@chispace.app and we will help resolve it. Because Polar is the Merchant of Record, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Polar.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
