ChiSpace ("the Service") is operated by Seizmic Enterprises (Pty) Ltd ("Seizmic Enterprises"), a company registered in South Africa (which operates the domain szmc.co.za). By accessing or using ChiSpace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
ChiSpace is an educational feng shui analysis tool that helps you evaluate room layouts based on established feng shui principles. It is intended for informational and educational purposes and is not a replacement for professional feng shui consultation.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each person may hold one account. You must not share your login details with others or create multiple accounts.
ChiSpace offers a free tier with limited features, a one-time report purchase for comprehensive single-plan analysis, and a premium subscription with full ongoing capabilities. Access to paid features requires the corresponding purchase or an active subscription.
Payments are processed by Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. By buying a subscription or the one-time report, you also agree to Polar's buyer terms. Prices are shown before purchase; applicable taxes are calculated and added by Polar based on your location. Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled.
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time using the Manage subscription option on your Account page, which opens Polar's customer portal. Upon cancellation:
ChiSpace, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Seizmic Enterprises. You retain full ownership of the floor plan data and analysis results you create using the Service.
Feng shui analysis provided by ChiSpace is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, and you use the analysis results at your own discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seizmic Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of ChiSpace is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or compromise the security of the Service. Where possible, we will provide notice before taking action.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of ChiSpace after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
