What's the difference between BTB and Classical feng shui?
BTB (Black Sect) orients the Bagua map from your front door — simpler and widely used in the West. Classical Compass feng shui uses actual compass directions and is more nuanced, often including Flying Stars analysis tied to your home's construction date.
What are "remedies" and why are some paid?
Remedies are specific cures for feng shui problems that can't easily be changed — like a bathroom in the wealth corner or a bedroom above a garage. They range from simple object placements to compensating strategies. Detailed, personalised remedies are included in the One-Time Report and Premium tiers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from your account page at any time. Your premium access continues until the end of your current billing period (month or year). No refunds are issued for the remaining time.
What happens if I upgrade from monthly to annual?
Your unused monthly balance is prorated and credited toward the annual price. The annual plan starts immediately — you only pay the difference.

Can I buy more than one report?
Each account can purchase one One-Time Report. If you need ongoing analysis for multiple plans or want your report to reflect future changes, Premium is the better fit.
Why subscribe instead of buying a report?
Two reasons. First, more than one home — Premium analyses unlimited plans (your place, family's, a home you're viewing), while the report covers one. Second, feng shui isn't static: Flying Stars shift each year and your analysis updates live as you rearrange or renovate, whereas the report is a fixed snapshot. If you only need one home analysed once, the One-Time Report is the better value — that's genuinely fine.
